        I booked an appointment for service and brought my truck there. I ended up bringing it back 2 days later with absolutely nothing being done to it. Over the course of the 2 days I kept in contact with them, and their excuse for not getting any work done was that they had a bigger job that they had to finish. Why would you book me in if you were if you knew you had this job going on? The best part of it all is that the guy I spoke with on the phone had said that the priority lies with the larger trucks because they "pay the bills." Disgusting customer service and an all around waste of my time. No I do not want to call Tony or whoever from management to adress this, what's done is done. Would not recommend wasting your time with this company.
