Purchased a product from here that I didn't end up needing, I never even opened the box. 2-3 days after my order was delivered I contacted them via email (they never pick up the phone) to start the return process. It has been over a week of me trying to get into contact with them, I emailed them multiple times, I've called, I even messaged them on Google (which they read and didn't respond to). I've been chasing after them for TWO weeks to start the return process since their website says they only take returns within 14 days. It seems like they are purposely dodging my emails/calls/chats so they can run out the clock and not accept my return. Incredibly frustrating experience. EDIT: finally heard back, returned the product and received my refund
