TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Very very very unprofessional service and a very unpleasant visit to this TD location. I had an appointment with Emma at 1 pm, and waited until 1:20 with no service while her and 3 other colleagues are on the teller line. This is very unprofessional and it just costed TD a client

Not too sure if its the staff, seems like the staff is ok and they try their best. BUT the managers here, which includes the teller manager lady and not to mention the branch manager - seems like they are running some kind of dictator ship here. I am a high volume Td corporate client and every time I come to this branch I have a hard time. Last time I went I also decided to give them another chance but same result- Negative Management- If I have to think twice before going to this branch - what does it tell you about the service provider and management? I dont have the same problem at other Td branches and other banks !!! As per the number of experiences I have had - which one would you like to hear? There has been FAR too many - ADIOS to this branch for HIGH PERFORMANCE in Negative management!
