Am so happy with the lash lift and tint. Excellent atmosphere, caring people, although quite pricey compared to the options around. UPDATE: Went back for lash extensions the experience was amazing, I even fell asleep was so relaxed. Sadly the lash extensions didn't hold. Within 24 hours I had quite a bit of extensions fall out. I contacted them right away. Booked an appointment for the following week for a complimentary fill. The day of my appointment I received a text message letting me know that the appointment couldn't be honored. (Now almost 90% of the extensions had fallen out, which has never happened before) Could I reschedule? (this is the second time this has happened) Needless to say I was not happy, I booked my entire day around this appointment, and this was to correct whatever went wrong the first time. As well as my job limits my availability for appointments. While I'm not happy with the outcome of our discussion, my initial experience did remain good. It is the follow-up customer service that I am very disappointed with. So I have removed two stars for the two appointments that were rescheduled the same day of the appointmens, and not being able to complete/fix the service provided. While booking again would have been an option, I can't trust that the appointment will be kept. So I have no choice but to go somewhere else where they can honour the appointment booked, and services. Services: Lash perms, Eyelash extensions

Karen is a great lash tech, shes sweet and does her job so well. This was my first time going and I absolutely love them so much! They are very natural and arent too dramatic. She knows how to make them look so well. I love them a lot! Karen is a perfectionist and also very sweet! I recommend 10/10. Will be back into 2 weeks.

Karen was an absolute wonder to work with. She was calm, professional and took the time to make sure my lashes looked incredible. I am super happy with the results. I cant wait to show my lashes off to the world. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. Looking forward to next time.

My first time getting lash extensions with Kaco Beauty and the experience was phenomenal! Karen made the process so easy and relaxing, I literally fell asleep Shes really knowledgeable and makes sure to take her time to give you the BEST results. If you need lashes done in the Mississauga area, I HIGHLY recommend Kaco Beauty, you wont regret it
