I began to purchase products from Lasheyecon for my lash business once she moved to my town of Brantford. I loved the products at first and was thrilled she was local as every other company is out of town and needs to be ordered online. But, then I began to have issues and the customer service was -10000. At first I ordered more than one glue at a time and the second glue I opened was goopy and stringy and I was not able to use it. the nozzle kept clogging and glue would pour out of it and it was no good. so I messaged her explaining my issues and she offered to replace it. amazing. After this issue, unfortunately I went through 3 glues consecutively that were completely empty after 2 weeks - which is unheard of and this has never happened to me with any other product company in the last 4 years, and ive tried a ton. I wanted to keep trying her out as i truly did love her glue and wanted to support a local business. especially since she just moved to my town. I was squeezing out every single drop and was shocked to find the bottle completely empty. again. I messaged her and nicely asked to PURCHASE another after having this issue yet again. Again, i did not ask for anything free and I just purchased this bottle 2 weeks ago on the dot. Unfortunately. she read my message and didnt answer it, and continued to post on her account. I also dont think she realizes it shows that the message is read because she told me she didnt open it. I also dont love being lied to. even though I advised her I was stranded and stuck and had to cancel many clients and really needed to BUY a replacement after her not filling the bottles full, or to the amount stated on the bottle she just told me i clearly need to find a new supplier and she clearly cant help me with all of my complaints. Im completely shocked and appalled that this woman refused to help me but also refused to sell me another product after having issues. Anyway, im not one to leave negative reviews. but I want people to be aware that they should not use this company for lash extension products or supplies if they want good quality and good- or even sub par customer service. So disappointed and ive never been treated so poorly from a company.

Lauren is amazing! I am so happy she moved to Brantford. If you want perfect lashes that last you need to go here. She is so nice and is amazing at what she does. I cannot get over how much I love my lashes!!

This was my first visit to Lasheyecon for a lash lift and tint. I was surprised with how quick the process was and absolutely amazed with the result. Lauren's work is impeccable. Now my lashes look like I have permanent mascara on them. I will be going back to have the service done again!
