Nine Beauty Lounge

Very bad customer service. I like the lash technician and my lashes are okay. But the other woman, I don't know if it's the owner, was very rude. Came in for my appointment and looked at me and said "yes" as if I wasn't a client lol. My experience is just horrible, assertiveness to the point of rudeness. I paid 160 bucks to be treated bad first time client and was looking for some place who can do my lashes regularly. Nice place, nice interior and very near to my house. Unfortunately, my lash hunting continues. I do not recommend the place if you are expecting and wanting to experience good customer service. Lashes ok but not in love with it.

Best eyelash extension service and experience! I don't normally leave reviews however I had to with this place and the great experience I received. I have never had my lashes done before and a few of my friends had gone to this place and absolutely love theirs, so I figured I would try it. The office is really cozy and the staff was so helpful. Brittany was very nice, accommodating and professional and made me feel comfortable about the whole experience. The lash technicians are amazing and some of the nicest lashes I have seen are from this establishment. I will always go back and recommend this to everyone I know. I wake up looking and feeling amazing everyday...Thank you Nine Beauty Lounge!!!!
