DO NOT GO HERE! I went for full body laser and got burns and welts all over my legs and body. I contacted the owner Zarmina and she said " They will go away. Im surprised at the time of laser did u not feel the machine a bit hot? But nothing to worry about. It clears up. This machine doesnt burn." On top of being condescending, she was not empathetic or understanding.

I read a lot of reviews online before going to this place however I'm pretty disappointed. The first time I went there, I asked her to keep my eyebrows thick. She ended up making one eyebrow visibly thinner than the other. Her excuse to me was that no one would notice except for me. Not true - I had a couple of negative comments about the eyebrows. I decided to give her a second chance (I shouldn't have!). She removed a large chunk of one of my eyebrows and told me, again, that no one would notice. She told me she didn't know what to do to make it better!!! I should've stood up for myself at the time but I was a little shocked - most places I know would do something to rectify the issue. She did nothing. She actually looked a little annoyed. And then she had me wait to pay while she was on call with the tax department, which was really strange. I don't know - maybe she can't do thick eyebrows? I won't be going back again.

DO NOT GO HERE. I usually like to support small businesses, but I am extremely upset about this. I went to Bliss "Spa" because it was close to my workplace and I desperately needed to get my eyebrows done. Firstly, finding the actual house is nearly impossible. I relied on Google maps and it was not easy to find. When I pulled up to the house, it is in horrible condition and when I walked into the house I nearly walked right back out. The house is small and musty and VERY DIRTY. There was no where to put my jacket/purse and quite frankly I was terrified to put it down. When I saw the chair that i would be laying on...... It was disgusting. Completely dirty and worn out- not to mention it sits right beside an old mini fridge or something- which had dirty dishes on top of it. Secondly, I had told the woman that I do not want to go thinner.. just clean them up and shape them... She took half of my eyebrow off. When i saw the final product.. I was extremely disappointed and my eyebrows were two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT shapes. When I pointed this out to her she replied "Do you want me to fix them?".... She was completely unprofessional and it seemed as though she didn't even want to fix them. She then started to tell me that I have ingrown hairs on my eyebrows- which I do not. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded since I was 13 and I have never heard of any of my eyebrow ladies say this to me. Not to mention that the thread that she uses is EXTREMELY CHEAP and it broke at like 10 times right on my face. To top it all off... she charged NINE DOLLARS. For the service that I received and the condition of the house- she is WAY over priced. When I was cashing out she also asked me for my name, and number. For what? There's no reason for this. I gave my name- but refused to give her my number. Again, please do not go here. I was a HORRIBLE experience for me. It is unsanitary and unprofessional. I wish I had just gone somewhere else because now I am stuck with filling in my eyebrows for weeks until they grow back.
