First time, and was looking for services to get done 20mins from me on google maps and I do feel that Im not the only one that does that you get the opportunity to find your go to parlour like Neelam I had a wonderful and friendly experience and she is very professional.

Good services, wait is at times high. Try mid day thats usually easier to get things done. Overall, not excellence but good service.

I found Neelam while searching for a place to get my eye brows cleaned up. I typically use a mall beauty salon, but its a bit out of the way for me. Neelam Beauty Spot was close by and had great reviews, so I decided to book an appointment. I found Neelam to be very kind and professional. I used to regularly get my eyebrows threaded, but in the last few years Ive been getting them waxed instead. This has been due to a few experiences where the threading felt very painful or the aesthetician was very impatient with me. Neelam was super kind and the threading was painless. What surprised me the most was how clean of a job she did with just threading - Im used to having the aesthetician leaving stray hairs (especially if using cheaper salon) or using tweezers to finish the job. The price for her services is very reasonable. She does a better job than the mall salon I usually go to, and at a much better price! Ive also tried cheaper beauty salons in the area but those are usually the ones Ive had poorer experiences with. If youre looking for a place that does great work at a very fair place, I highly recommend Neelam Beauty Spot. It is my go-to place from now on!
