Vaishali was wonderful with the eyebrow threading. My sister recommended me to her. My Sister visits Beauty First Spa too and got her eyebrows threaded by Vaishali. We both like to have are eyebrows threaded thinner in shape, contrary to current trend. Unfortunately, not a lot of aesthicians are willing to do that, since they lack confidence or they fear. Vaishali on the other hand, is skillful with threading - though she was afraid, she was kind enough to oblige to our requests and take her time, do it one line at a time and make it perfect, the way I requested. She was throughout very kind and polite. Would highly recommend Vaishali in this Salon, for eyebrow threading and any other service.

Maira at the square one branch is extremely sweet, detail oriented and overall, wonderful!! She always always gets my eye brows shaping right. I keep going back because of her. Highly recommend booking your appointment with her!

I decided to check this place out for eyebrow threading due to the rave reviews. Unfortunately I didnt have the same experience as other users. Vatshali threaded my eyebrows and completely butchered them. I walked in and specifically asked for eyebrows to be just cleaned - no change to shape. Vatshali took my even eyebrows and somehow managed to make them uneven (pictures attached). When I pointed out that they were uneven (the bottom of one eyebrow is at the same line where the other one starts), she told me that she was trying to get my eyebrow arches to be the same. When I told her that I didnt want her to touch my shape, she told that she only changed the arch, and not the shape lol. Im extremely frustrated as Im traveling for two weeks and will now have to pencil it in. I ended up paying the cost bc I didnt have the mental argue to argue but will NEVER be going back again.
