I love my hairdresser Adam so much! He always perfects exactly what I ask for and never leaves me disappointed. I would recommend him to anyone, especially those with dark hair who want to go blonde! He made all my blonde hair dreams come true.

I wasted my money, my hair and I didn't get any personalization. It was not a pleasant experience at all. To respect each other's time, I made an appointment for haircut ahead and went to the salon a few minutes early. I had long hair and I wanted layers. Considering Pravita a senior stylist, she said the process would be a bit more expensive. Honestly, I don't mind paying more for a great hair cut. She said she'd do it. I asked the hairstylist to add layers. She said to achieve the look she will cut three inches of my hair. I was bit hesitant but I agreed considering I will get layers as I wanted. During the hair-cutting time, she kept going and coming back to help her other clients, when she should have been cutting my hair. Receptionist use to come during the cut to ask her to talk with her other clients for which again she had to step out to talk with them. I have never experience such kind of distractions while getting haircut. As a result, she cut my hair much shorter than we agreed and with very minimal layers. I am extremely dissatisfied and wouldnt consider having a haircut from her again. How can you disrespect your client that way?

Sam has been my go to nail tech for many years (I wanna say like 5 years). She is very professional and consistent with her work when she does my gel nails. When I first saw her, she had been very clear with what the pricing was like and Ive never once had an issue and based off the amount of work she does, its very reasonable compared to other nail techs in the GTA. Along with Sam, the other staff members are very friendly from the front desk, to the other estheticians Ive chit chatted as well. I highly recommend this place as they are one of the few places I trust in the GTA who doesnt pull shady pricing tactics. I always have top tier service with the ladies at Tonyc.

I love what Ernesto does to my hair! He does a great job and he's warm and friendly. No wonder I keep coming back!
