They made a mistake with my schedule and I still gave them a shot but I regret it a lot. I wanted a hair blowout, with lots of volume, a classic hair blowout. My stylist dried my hair 98% while brushing it out extremely rough. Ive never been in so much pain while receiving a hair blowout. She then proceeds to start the blowout on my dry hair. Her technique was terrible, my hair kept falling out of the round brush and she didnt even care. The sections that were blown out were frizzy and barely had volume. By the end of it, my hair was frizzy and it look like it had been straightened. Instead of admitting to mistakes, all I got were excuses. My hair was too long Ive gotten hair blowouts with longer hair and it has been amazing. Literally zero volume & she proceeds to say she can get volume with hairspray or a brush. You are supposed to get volume with the blowout .im in shock of how the service was. I just cant believe I let her do a blowout when my hair was dry I feel like Ive damaged it even more. I feel like I got scammed. She was just so rough, no good technique, and not the best attitude. Service: Hairstyling
