Paul is the best. Great customer service, great pricing, great quality. Hes a kind soul and very honest when it comes to business. He made sure quality and safety was prioritized. Paul is very knowledgeable with his products and gave me the confidence to feel reassured with my purchase. I wanted cross bars and kayak racks installed on my Kia Seltos which has the fused rails. I was getting quotes close to 800$. Paul figured out and installed a custom fit crossbar and also explained and convinced me to just get a basic J hook. He seems very genuine, he got the job done at less than 50% of what I would have ended up spending elsewhere.
