My family and I went there today 2023Apr23, around 4pm and there were paper signs not to touch the t-shirts. So, how are the customers going to look at the merchandise without looking at the shirts entirely? They could hang some samples so people don't have to look at the folded ones if that is their decision. But there's no samples on hangers so people will look at the t-shirts and inspect what they are buying. People should have the right to look at the products they are buying. There are staff behind the counter, standing around, who could refold them back. Instead they were chatting away about the customers. They are young kids who are talking obnoxiously about the customers. I was just about to pay pants for my daughter and I overheard this embarrassing conversation they were having behind the counter. We left with just such a bad taste in my gut of why we even bother going in this store. Customer service is bad. There are other stores who offers much better experience than West49 at Square One. Always remember that it's the customers who pay for your salaries. Without customers, you won't have jobs in this competitive industry.

Good selection of clothes at affordable prices

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their clothes are not even good quality. I believe him to be the assistant manager, he is disrespectful, unhelpful, unnecessarily talkative, and lastly rude. The woman in the hijab was standing behind the counter on her phone instead of helping me with a size. Dont come here save your money. Thank you
