I bought the desktop computer, after a week i decide to return it because wasnt something that i expected and i had one moth return policy to use. When i got there and talked to the owner who is super unprofessional and rude. he told me that cant accept the return and said leave the office now otherwise i call the police. After 15 minutes police showed up and . This is a new customer service which u cant see it anywhere.

I ordered a laptop online from this company, there where missing screws and a false promise of a free subscription for microsoft 365. I sent the order back and was only refunded the amount of the computer and not the GST. The customer service is a joke and do not trust their refund or return policies. I do not trust this company and would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them.
