Supreme Banners

I emailed them re a banner I required. They gave me a quote. I requested a specific design and to incorporate my logo. They asked for an additional $50 design fee. The banner was printed but the image they used and designed was not of high quality and when it was printed on an 8x8ft banner was poor quality, blurry and distorted. I emailed them and they blamed me that I did not provide a photo. It is their responsibility to ensure the image was high quality because they were the ones design it and used a photo. They must have just found one on google as opposed to a professional high quality image. They did not want to assist. They said that if they used a high quality image the cost would have tripled because the printing process if different. A total disappointment and waste of money.
