Called to get a quote and shipping estimate on a product...the female agent could barely speak english and after me trying to identify the product 20 times they said, thank you very much and hung up on me. It's not my fault you can't speak english and understand english. I was talking very slowly and patiently. I'll order my $3100 video cameras elswhere. Buyers beware!!!

Purchased a refurbished Ipad mini, I asked if it was fully functional, they said yes. I tried to have it updated to install google, but It turned out that this Ipad mini is too old to even get it to update to the IOS 14.. When they say "fully functional", I automatically presumed it was... including going online with it. So it basically is useless as I can't even get google installed.. THANK YOU !! Will never buy from them again. In response to your reply: this was purchased as a Xmas present and used only a few days ago..

I ordered a specific screen with special resolution for my work. Another screen with different resolution was sent to me, I was upset, however when I contacted them they fixed the issue, sent me a paid return label. They refunded me everything including the shipping ( so they take the responsibility for the mistake). I need to say this is very professional, and people in there are looking to keep people happy.

Product delivered very promptly, contact person at Atlas (Sam) was very good . Follow up delivery with substitute cable was dealt with immediately.
