Please stop reading reviews and take whatever you need fixed to this store!!! I could not speak more highly of the customer support here. I have been taking my families laptops here for years (MacBook and PC), and have always been very well cared for by Hadi. There is not a person in this world I would trust more for tech support. Please, call them, you will not regret it.

Best service for repairs! My laptop wasnt starting at all and lagging at the lenovo start up window. I talked to IO system and they gave me the best case scenario and worst case scenario along with the cost of each and explaining how it got to this situation. My laptop was repaired in two days, and they also pointed out some other items (one of the batteries was going bad) Great Service, great prices! I recommend everyone to contact then for any laptop issues
