I Met Ed Hand, Mr Bolena and the rest of the Helping Hand Team 7 mos after my car crash.. In those 7 months I did everything the Insurance companies requested if me, until tests and diagnostics showed my injuries to be pretty significant beyond "Soft Tissue" injuries. When it became obvious the Insurance companies Were facing alot of payments for my surgery and recovery they really made things very difficult for me. The would deny everything, that was until I signed up with The Helping Hand and Dan Bolena Law offices... Now, 7 years later on December 8th during what is called Mediation, the insurance companies decided to accept our offer to settle.. 7 years... 3 Surgeries and countless hours of Physio, doctors appointments, home care. When you settle its exactly that. You Settle..... It's done, it's over... a Check is deposited Everyone you owe gets paid.. While the end of the rainbow cannot be the only measurement for success finally being made whole and all the concerns we have about the future with limited physical abilities to make a great living, monetary security is of course that measurement I mentioned. But... I'm here not to brag, or boast about the successful outcome with my case based on a dollar figure.. My God what would I have done without Ed Hand, Dan Bolena, his office staff and all the folks involved in my care for 7 years... For 7 years I was in the palm of The Helping Hand. 7 years supported and cared for like a family member. Everything you can imagine during the most difficult times in recovery when the insurance companies just try to Squash you like a bug, one phone call to Peter, or Adam, or the office girls, and my pain dealing with the Insurance companies was handled... For many many months, I didn't really think I would make it to December 8th for Settlement. I'd given up on me, but They didn't.. Everything possible was done for my claim to be successfully mediated and finished.. The End.. I made it.. I'll tell ya, without The Helping Hand for 7 years I would not be here to write this... Thank you everyone for teaching me I have value and allowing me opportunity at a future. Thank you for guiding me through what so many people are dealing with insurance companies... Over 3 years ago I was in a motorcycle accident that resulted in me breaking my wrist to the point I had multiple surgeries. Through the 3 years Mr.balena and his team helped me tremendously by being available 24/7 and even at points helping me financially till they could settle my lawsuit which they did very recently.I couldn't be happier and could not recommend these guys enough they are absolutely the best of the best.
