Derry Convenience

Nice convenience store to buy lotto tickets, snacks and drinks at, its under new management now and its really clean and clutter free. Would recommend this convenience store if youre looking for something and you need it quick and also they have exclusive collection of drinks and snacks which are really hard to find it in other convenience stores. I highly recommend this store.

Wow!! New owners changed everything. They have so many different varieties in drinks and candies. The store looks so bright and spacious and most importantly, CLEAN. And Mini melts, I just love it. The attitude of the new owner is really good. I wish them all the best with the new business.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Went in to drop a package, asked for confirmation if drop off as it's very expensive Zara product. The Woman was so rude told me take a picture and leave it or leave. I took the pic and she's like not of me! I sternly said to her you're not in it want to see and showed her. I noticed packages lying everywhere that anyone can grab and run with they dont even have a lockup, its sitting on the floor so i got nervous with over $700 of product and a clear Zara on the box, I asked her when is a good time to come so it'll be scanned right away to prove it's dropped. She said "EITHER LEAVE IT OR TAKE IT AND GO" So I did. There's a reason they have 2 stars. Beyond rude. And to make matters worse I waited almost 10minutes while she ignored me and was playing wheel of fortune lottery instead of acknowledging me at all. She couldve said "hi I'll be with you soon, or package? Sure leave it here." She did everything in her power to avoid looking at me. I'm not sure if it's a race thing or she's just a bad person but DO NOT go there unless u want to be treated like trash. I will never go back again. I felt so uncomfortable. Learn how to speak to humans, let alone customers; Lacking basic social skills and a friendly demeanor. I work corporate and if my staff ever spoke to someone that way, they would never work for me again. Disgusting, She should be ashamed. Then she ran away and had the man come to the front when I told her she's rude and I'm taking my business elsewhere. Learn basic human decency girl!
