        Good Staff, but location seems to regularly have problems with their carwash. I've recently bought a 30 pass from this location and the carwash has been closed for at least 7 of those days. It has also been closed additional days but those were probably due to extremely cold weather. I have called Shell's head office to ask for days to be added to my car wash card, but they said their policy states that it's not their problem. Very disappointing and I will be going back to my Petro Canada carwash card since their customer service actually helps you out in valid situations. Petro Canada also has more locations to serve you in the GTA.
