Customer be aware. I can certainly understand why Rexall does not belong to the Ontario code of scanning ethics or they would have to give away free items on a regular basis. I went Thursday late afternoon and purchased items totalling over $70.00. Everything I bought was on sale according to the sign and once these items were rung upnot even one of them scanned at the correct price. Their response was that the sale starts tomorrow and they dont have a night crew to put up the tags. My advise is shell out the money and hire one to come in early and do the sale tags on the correct day. This has happened to me on more than one occasion there. I will drive the extra five minutes to Shoppers.

Terrible service from young man at cash register early this morning! I say "hi" and he ignores me. He doesn't take my basket to empty out my purchases - he just stands there like he doesn't know what too so I finally have to very obviously push it towards him. Then afterwards he doesn't ask if I have a bag, doesn't help load my items in my bag. He just gives my my receipt and walks off, leaving all my items sitting in the basket beside the register! I had to stretch over to pull the basket closer so that I could get my items. He acted as if it was an inconvenience to serve me. It's okay, there's lots of other pharmacies out there. I'll just take my business somewhere that it's wanted.

Prices are a rip off. If you can get the same medicine from Costco or Walmart, go for it.
