Switched to this pharmacy after a really bad experience at a different store and its been great service so far.

No issues with the store itself, however the pharmacy was a disappointing experience. I went to the pharmacy to obtain a naloxone kit, which is available for all Ontario residents at participating pharmacies free of charge. I requested one with the pharmacist. Irritated, they asked me for my health card. When requesting a naloxone kit, one does not need to provide their ID or health card for the promise of anonymity. Regardless, I provided my card and they checked (or registered) my information. Only after he returned my health card, he immediately turned me away saying they didn't have any. Could have told me that before taking my health card when you were not supposed to. In the end, I was able to obtain one from a more friendly pharmacist down the road. My advice is to only go to this location when you do not need to deal with the pharmacy.

Randomly accused my daughter of shop lifting. Rude and off the charts. Go somewhere else.

Honestl, dont even bother with this Rexall! unless you want their employee LILIDIA to accuse you AND humiliate you! She was proven wrong! YET DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE! She just says you can go now. I seen other people complain about her as well and clearly she just assumes if youre a visible minority, youre a thief. She thinks shes better than everyone where she does not believe she owes individuals apologies after falsely accusing them. Im so sorry for anyone who has been through something similar because of this employee. Its just so embarrassing.Will never shop at this location again.
