        I booked an appointment to remove a squirrel from the attic and they never showed up. It had been two days that I had to wait for them to find a date to slot me in and they never showed. I called to ask whats up and they didnt know my address or my phone number (both which were given prior to booking appointment?) and they seemed to have lost them. How brutal is that?? They need a new switch board lady! I cleared my afternoon to be around for this appointment. Ill call someone else. Brutal!!! But the squirrel loves Orkin!!
