AVOID BIUYING ANY ELECTRONICS AT ANY SHOPPERS DRUGMART STORE. Because they have a extremely bad and Careless set up regarding electronics items. If you buy any electronics from them, they won't take it back or refund. So obviously and naturally you are left in a viscious circle of calling the brand which most likely won't do anything either. They give no disclaimers at the time of purchase or anything like that either. So, AVOID BUYING ELECTRONICS AT ALL COSTS.

Shopping carts lock up in parking lot, despite signage that indicates it only locks up if you leave parking lot. Makes it difficult for older customers with large orders.

The pharmacy here has very long wait times if you want to drop in and pick up a prescription. I mean 40-60 minutes. Ive been to many pharmacies and this is by far the one that takes the longest. I understand they have systems in place to order your stuff in advance, etc but if you are headed straight from a walk-in and really need something quickly, Id suggest another place.

As a long time customer, I unfortunately had two poor interactions today One with the cashier and one with the manager. Lack of communication, no reason why an exchange couldnt be met and literally passed me my unopened items in my hands without words (I was surprised). I was dismissed. I understand its the holidays, perhaps this store needs more support.

Have been picking up my medicines here for over 2 years. For one recent refill, the doctor's office tried getting in touch but not reachable via phone or fax. Had to drive down to the store and ask them to pick up the phone, and despite the doctor's clinic trying while I was waiting in front of the clerk, they let the call go to voicemail. Refused to acknowledge any issues, and treated customers like they're doling out favors! Solution: Check out PocketPills - way cheaper, much better service, prompt doorstep delivery each month, and they reach out to the Doctor's clinic directly to renew prescriptions. This SDM store staffed with ghouls can continue driving their business to the ground!
