    The scheduling system is pretty much fully automated, and the company only gives you a two-hour window for delivery the day before, so you may have to plan to work from home, schedule an elevator/loading dock, etc. in a rush. I have to admit that I was scared to have my furniture delivered by this company after reading the reviews, but I was lucky to have a good delivery experience. The two guys who delivered my table were very professional and efficient. I scheduled my delivery to a high-rise condo in Toronto. The deliverymen knew how to navigate the building, use the service elevator, etc. (they told me they had delivered something to my building a few days ago so they remembered). They prepared everything ahead of time so they could move and assemble everything very quickly, but also took time to make sure I was happy with the furniture placement. They even took off their shoes before coming into my unit. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, though I realize it heavily depends on who is assigned to deliver to you. If you get the two tall, student-aged, Indian guys (I'm sorry, I forgot to ask their names, so that's the only way I can describe them...), then your delivery should be very smooth!

    I share the same problematic issues with all the other customers here posting negative reviews for MDX group shipping company. We ordered over $4000.00 in one shipment and it had arrived in their Livermore, CA warehouse on December 20, 2017: no one called any of our numbers listed and let us know we could arrange for delivery. I had to call the store I purchased items from, to find out from the store, MDX group Livermore had my delivery for over 3 weeks. Here we are a month later, and MDX Livermore, CA office will not expidite our delivery. They claim to have white glove service, and to place customer issues first, but it is all a lie. None of the senior supervisors or management will speak with us, and they have the telephone receptionists lie to everyone that management is in a meeting and they make empty promises to "call back." We share the same sentiments as all the other people here: MDX group is a horrible company with zero concern for customer satisfaction and correct delivery protocol. Zero star rating! Buyers be warned to stay away from this company and start a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website

    Ordered an item on Black Friday and it was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Its Jan 3 and we haven't been able to speak with a human being. Multiple phone calls and emails have been made w/ no response. This company is awful. I could have walked to to NJ and back with my couch faster.

    If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I had a bed frame delivered from overseas (ordered in June) and delivered in October. Part of my shipment was damaged and needed to be replaced. Scheduling the delivery took several days as there seemed to be miscommunication between customer service and the warehouse where my furniture was being stored. Once I finally got the delivery scheduled, the delivery went fine. They came on time and set up my furniture with no issues. Since then (October), I've been waiting for MXD to contact me regarding the portion of the bed that needed to be replaced. This piece arrived at their warehouse DECEMBER 7TH and it is now JANUARY 10TH and I still haven't heard a word from MXD. The sales rep I've been in contact with at Direct Buy (the original vendor I bought the furniture from) has been trying to contact MXD for over a month now. She even had to contact someone at their corporate level and we have STILL heard nothing. It's gotten to the point where I just googled the customer care number so I could speak to someone myself. When I finally got in touch with a rep, all she could tell me was that the piece was never put on the delivery truck. When I questioned where my replacement furniture was she put me on hold (I'm on hold right now, going on 10 minutes). I plan on updating this review once I conclude this phone call. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don't have any issues with Direct Buy, but will not be using them ever again as long as they are working with MXD Group.
