        I rate them ZERO if posssible. The WORST courier company in Canada! Unfortunately, my company is tied to this. Friday is their favorite day to mess your shipment. They get a kick from making you wait for their reply when requesting for a trace. And they will reply, if they do, hours AFTER you get your package. Avoid this company like the plague. Pick AAA express, Lloyd express or DJA Logistics. They are more responsive, reliable and trustworthy.
