I had been neglecting my dental care for quite some time, as I could not see my previous dentist. Besides, it was a long drive to get there from where I live in Malton. Therefore, I decided to check out Stonehaven Dentistry, located at 7470 Airport Road in Malton, Mississauga. On the first visit, the receptionist Ms. Upneet was super pleasant and friendly. She was very welcoming, and helped me fill up the necessary papers required for a new patient. I had a really great experience from the get-go. I was then introduced to the Dentist - Dr. Sneha Chacko, who gave a thorough explanation of my dental situation and needs. She was super clear about everything, which helped with my anxiety. After that, she came up with a plan to start a proper dental routine. She made sure I was aware of the treatment details. Dr. Chacko then introduced me to the Dental Hygienist - Ms. Kamal, who is very kind, caring, and a thorough professional. She explained in detail about my current dental health, issues with my teeth from the x-ray, my options about cleaning and the steps required to achieve ideal wellness. She was gentle and careful while cleaning my teeth and made sure that they were sparkling clean. During my next visit, I met Ms. Fatima at the reception who was also very polite, and extremely helpful. She also answered all my questions about dental insurance claims from my previous visit. She made sure that I was comfortable. During this visit, I had some dental work done by Dr. Chacko. She was very professional and gentle. She explained in details step by step about the procedure she was going to perform and checked on me in between the procedure multiple times. Dr. Chacko took care of all my dental needs, such as fillings etc. Stonehaven Dentistry utilizes the latest technology to enhance the quality and fit for my dental care. Stonehaven Dentistry, under the leadership of Dentist - Dr. Sneha Chacko provides the best caring, and relaxing environment where patients comfort and health is of paramount importance. From my personal experience, I will highly recommend Dr. Chacko and her team at Stonehaven Dentistry.

I have been going to this dental office for quite some time now. The office is always clean, the receptionist is always attentive, and Dr. Chacko is a true professional that does excellent work. I have never ran into issues with the dental work done, billing, or setting up appointments. I would highly recommend this dental office.
