My unpleasant experiences with this clinic: During my appointment/checkup, the staff performed unnecessary procedures that would not be covered by my insurance without my knowledge and charged me for them, even though I informed them multiple times to perform the service that would be covered by my insurance. They had promised me that they would only charge for ones that I had approved of and would be insurance covered. After my appointment the charges for uninsured items appeared on the bill and I was forced to pay for the services despite not wanting it in the first place. Staff was inpatient and unprofessional. This was not the first time it happened and I will not be coming back.

Dr. Luo is the dentist for my whole family. My daughter started checking the teeth with her since 3 years old. Now she is 6 without any cavity. We are very happy with her services and skills.
