Dr Loura Michael is by far the best doctor Ive come across in GTA. She is kind, has patience and has an excellent diagnosis. She makes me feel like she is not just curing me, she is healing me. Also, the staff is very good and polite, especially Poornima. She is nice to everyone who visits and is always working. Never seen her sitting idle. The pharmacy is good too. Does not stick to phone appointment times. Won't even call you on the DAY of your appointment. Save yourself some time and find another physician who cares about your health and well-being.

Dr Loura takes time to listen to our medical ailments. They go beyond their call of duty to look after their patients. Patients need to understand there is only one nurse and one medical receptionist on duty who works with her. So we patients need to practice some patience.

Dr. Loura is our family physician. We cannot say enough great things about her. She's warm, caring and has always gone above and beyond to care for each of us. We never feel rushed, she's genuine and thorough.
