I have been a patient of Dr. Keiffer well over 25 years. Totally disgusted on how they ask patients to pay for a referral. Never ever have I been charged. I am a single mother and that money I can use to buy something for my 2 kids. The receptionist kept on insisting that I have to pay!!! Ridiculous I called around and every doctors office I spoke to was like what charging for a referral??? Not only that but my son has severe mental health and when he started to be a patient and was going to see Dr. Keiffer she would make smart comments about his mental health. He came to me and said mom I do not feel comfortable so he left and went elsewhere. I have found a new doctor. What a waste of years and she basically does not care and pushed me to leave. Think twice before you go see her cause all your business is scattered around that office. No thanks!!!

I have been a patient here my whole life and it is sad to see what this place now is. The receptionists are all rude and never seem to want to do their job. If you ask for help it is as if you are interrupting their day, like they're not getting paid to be there. Dr. Edwards is very nice and polite, however tends to be inattentive, rushed, and her mind is elsewhere rather than with her current patient. There have been occasions where she has accidentally changed the prescription of one medication of mine to the dosage of another. I would love to give this place a great review but after so many years I believe it just does not deserve it.

Outstanding guidance, compassion and top notch medical care is always given by Dr. Mallette-Edwards. Her impeccable attention to detail along with her professional experience to solve a health issue is amazing. She is such a caring doctor with an amazing work ethic who ALWAYS goes above and beyond for her patients. I am truly grateful and blessed to have her as my physician.
