        This is a complaint. Last delivery from you, no notification was given that it had been delivered. I live in a n apartment and the instructions were to leave at front desk IF I WAS NOT AVAILABLE. No one called me and I had to endure another day with out pain meds immediately post surgery. Normally I have absolute confidence in this pharmacy; their service is typically AAA. However I am currently very disappointed and frustrated. Ive also noticed that whomever the newest person is answering the phone is out of touch, slightly rude and quite cold. She has suddenly chosen to charge me for delivery whilst I see other reviewers celebrating no delivery fee. Time for a change?

        This is easily one of the best pharmacies I have ever been to the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help when they can! They even deliver your medications to your door for those who have busy lives or just can't travel easily.
