CIMT College - Malton Campus

The student drop out rate for the psw program is high. This program should not be focusing on how high your educational level is with more unnessecary assignments and only 15 days of in person praticum . The psw program should be more hands on and module test and less than 5 assignment that take much time in instead of 16 assignment it is a private college not a public college where u have do many courses if so it should be in public college category

This campus was my cousin's preferred choice because it was close to home, but it was definitely one of the worst mistakes we made. CIMT charged 2 semesters worth of tuition plus $500.00 (non-refundable) for application fee. Now, due to an unforeseen circumstance, he couldn't proceed with them. CIMT did their due diligence and sent the withdrawal form which went sent back right away (December 2022). Today, the refund is still in process. They are not disclosing any information and we are just left wondering if we will ever receive the money. I am appalled this institution is recognized by Ontario as credible. I made the mistake by not doing my research prior. Please don't make the same mistake.
