Very hard to get information from this organization. I have tried for weeks to confirm a concert in Calgary AB... and they will NOT contact me back. VERY poor customer support.

I have requested a refund for King & Country concert that was cancelled over 2 years ago. It was rescheduled for Sept 2021 and then I received an email that it was cancelled and was going to be rescheduled June 2022. I emailed Unite Productions 6 times and No response. I just checked the King and Country touring schedule on their website and they are not even coming to Canada in 2022. I emailed Unite Productions again but again No response. They are the worst company! I will NEVER buy tickets again from this promoter!

As with all other reviews of this event company, I am incredibly disappointed in their handling of cancelled events due to COVID 19. Obviously many people have attempted to receive refunds for these cancelled events (Pat Barrett and Toby Mac) and they refuse to respond to emails and their phone number is out of service.

The way that you have been dealing with the Patt Barrett cancelled concerts is outrageous and shameful. I have sent innumerous emails asking for a refund and so far nothing. I am moving overseas therefore wont be able to attend any reschedule concerts and still nobody would answer my emails. You are giving bad name to the evangelicals and certainly to Patt Barrett as well. The fact that you have disconnected your phone number is disgraceful. Face your responsibilities and stop taking advantage of people. very sad to say the least. People have lost jobs and loved ones because of Covid-19 and you are taking advantage of that??? shameful.

We have been asking for few months for refund for a concert that they cancelled due to COVID-19 and no response...And their phone number is out of service...clearly you are thieves in the name of Christ...Matthew 7:21 what should be done in order to get our money back?
