I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel and it was an absolute disaster. The hotel itself reeks of cigarettes, elevator is broken, and the first room that I was given was extremely messy and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The worst part was the GERMAN COCKROACHES crawling around everywhere (Floors, Walls, and Countertop) which is a clear sign of the lack of maintenance and hygiene. As if that wasn't bad enough, the coffee maker in the room was filthy with coffee grounds still in it from the previous guest. Pest repellent devices were plugged into every single outlet in the hallway, It was clear to me that the management knows that there is a cockroach problem, but tried to mask the real problem instead of fixing it. When I complained to the front desk about my unpleasant experience, they chose to play ignorant, and told me they would hire an exterminator for my room (Its clearly a known problem if they have pest repellent devices everywhere). I think it was absolutely disgusting and it was the WORST hotel stay Ive ever had. I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me. Again, It's concerning that pest repellent devices are in every outlet in the hallways outside of the rooms. That clearly indicates that the hotel management is aware of the issue, yet they haven't taken adequate measures to address it effectively. It's unacceptable that they didn't offer a refund even after the poor conditions I experienced and explained. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Disgusting Motel, Hope I would have given it zero star if I could but there is no option of that. If I talk about service, this was so disappointing the personnel were so rude and the main head of washers, she is so rude and even she doesnt know how to talk with their guests. Moreover, the receptionist shes Indian, I talked her about my room cleaning, she said to clean it themselves cause of Covid 19. Dont except anything out of the ordinary, a huge minus for cleanliness.
