F45 Training Sheridan

I just joined and it has been almost 2 weeks. This has been the best decision I have ever made. Boris and Lynn have been fantastic and have supported me during this life change. It's like having a personal trainer. I am looking forward to what the months a head looks like. Thank you F45 Sheridan for all the support and fun!!

Love this location! Boris and Lynn have the best energy and they genuinely care about their members, as does the rest of their team. Awesome workout and super convenient!

Highly highly recommend! Great gym with lots of class time options so you can find something that works in your day. The best part are the people. The other gym goers are great, the trainers (Mark, Erika, Dini) are awesome, and the owners (Boris and Lynn) are fantastic! You really get pushed to achieve your full potential, and walk out feeling great (if a little fatigued)!

F45 Sheridan is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. I cannot say enough good things about the trainers here. I am so happy to have finally found a workout I enjoy that fits into my lifestyle and is sustainable for me!

Boris and Lynns leadership have been a game-changer for F45 Sheridan. They have created a culture of inclusivity, support, and encouragement that is felt by every member who walks through the door. They are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the success of members. They also prevent slacking in a very friendly and casual manner. And lastly, the customer service at F45 Sheridan is top-notch. Every staff member (Boris, Lynn, Erika, Mark and Dini) are friendly, funny, welcoming, and go out of their way to make members feel comfortable and confident in their workouts. Overall, F45 Sheridan truly cares about its members. The attention to detail, leadership, and customer service are unparalleled, and it's no wonder that members are happy to be part of this place.
