Amazing customer service! Love the sofa bed, table and the smart nightstand we bought. I would highly recommend this company.

I was really excited about this couch at first, but once I received it, I was extremely disappointed. The couch itself looks great, but it is extremely uncomfortable!!! The foam cushions are super thin and low quality.. its definitely not worth the price of $600+. In addition, the day after I received it, I messaged the seller regarding the 7 day money back guarantee (which was clearly indicated in the ad). The seller then went on to add a totally new stipulation indicating that the original packaging was required in order to get the full refund. This packaging included the massive box the entire couch came in. Even after I told him that I had the bubble wrap but didnt keep the box (because it was never indicated in the ad, on the website or at the time of purchase that the box was needed for the refund), the seller continued to argue with me. They were very rude and being passive aggressive with me. After going back and forth, the seller just stopped responding! Wouldnt answer any calls either. Went the whole 7-days without a response. This was extremely unprofessional service!!!! Unbelievable for a company that is supposed to be reliable and trustworthy. Do yourself a favour and buy a much better quality couch from a different company, who will be far more professional and trustworthy than this. The 7-day money back guarantee is a lie and seems like a scam!
