Rodney is hands down the most helpful, and sincere person. Even though they didnt have the wood flooring I was looking for. He helped me track down who had it. Awesome. Such great service and quality coming from this store. Thank you! An experience I wont forget.

My wife and I have recently had our entire condo flooring replaced, this was from a light wood colour laminate floor to a nice dark engineered hardwood colour floor. Working with Rodney and his his team was an amazing experience. He took the time to meet with us, select what was right for our budget and was always available when we needed to contact him. We needed new carpeting...I phoned a few stores before I came upon Rodney....He immediately knew which carpet would be best to handle our 2 large dogs and their 'paw traffic'..Since the pandemic began, I am a firm believer in the 'Keep it Simple' solution to renovation projects....A quick trip to the store confirmed my belief we had found the right guy...He showed us samples, checked availability, and gave us a fair price....We left a deposit and the process was set in motion....The installer was professional and the process straightforward. The job was done on time; and on budget...We were so impressed that we then had Kennedy Flooring replace our 'Ceramic Tiles' in the Kitchen, Bathroom, and Hallway..Again, job professionally done without a hitch..I would recommend Rodney & Kennedy Flooring to anyone that wants their flooring done!
