Happy Hardwood Floors and Stairs

Happy and his team did staircase at my home, they renovated old ones and made a new one with railing, the good point about his team was doing projects timely , for my job, time was essence and they did very well , for quality , I am not full satisfied about painting quality and the worst for me , was stair noising .

I found Happy by Google searching and reached out to get an estimate to redo our floors and stairs. At first, he was quick to respond, seemed knowledgeable and even asked me to send inspiration photos so he can bring samples to the home visit for me to see. However, since the visit, I have yet to receive a quote. Although he said he thought it was sent (days later he promised also), I did not receive anything and even checked spam and my deleted folder in case I accidentally deleted it. When I asked to confirm his email for me to search my inbox, he never responded. Til this day, I have not received a response or a quote. I was excited to potentially work together but if the quote has not been provided in a timely manner, it makes me question the work habits.

We chose to use them in good faith due to the good reviews online. It was nothing but a bad experience. Was not punctual at all. Arriving several hours late after scheduled time(s) and us continuously chasing them to get the project done. Several promised completion dates were not met. Made many excuses and could not keep their word on any part of the project process. Left a mess in the house (cutting dust everywhere, walls left with marks, etc.) We had to do intensive cleaning and re-paint the walls. We were very patient and understanding but they completely took advantage. Finishing was not the greatest. They were very irresponsible and we were disappointed. In the very end, we completed the final parts of the project ourselves. Will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone else. If you decide to use them, proceed with caution.

Does not deliver the promised warranty. Bad after sale service.
