The prices are reasonable but the salesperson was very unfriendly and dismissive. She was absolutely not helpful at all when I inquired about buying table arrangements. I ended up taking my order for a large event to another florist. Definitely would not recommend taking your business there.

I spent an hour looking at different florists online in Mississauga to send flowers to a friend. Other places had a $10 service fee (you find out right before checkout), higher delivery fees, flowers didn't include a vase etc. Francesca's started with the best prices, didn't have any hidden fees, and delivery fee was very reasonable. The flowers were beautiful and my friend was amazed by how big they are (her husband's hand for scale). The flowers were delivered promptly and they look like the website image. I'm grateful I was able to find what I needed within my budget. Thanks Francesca! One thing to note: I didn't sign off on my message because the delivery usually includes the sender's name. In this case, they didn't. Make sure to sign off on your message because my friend wasn't sure who who had sent them!

This is the absolute BEST FLOWER SHOP I have ever been too! My name is Angela and I quite a bit! Francesca is an absolute delight! Her work is PHENOMENAL!!! And you actually get what you pay for and a few she makes her the arrangements STUNNING!!!! BEST FLOWER SHOP IN THE GTA. Thank
