We purchased Kraft Shake and bake, with 2 pouches. Normally when we buy shake and bake, it comes with bags to shake our chicken in. This package only had the shake and no bags. We purchased shake and bake at Costco and we were shortchanged 2 packages as well. I am very upset

I have been buying Kraft Russian Dressing for over 20 years, it dissappeared for awhile so when I found it for sale finally so I bought 5 bottles. What they neglect to tell you on the bottle is that they changed the recipe, I hated it. It is now spicy and tastes like it has way too much pepper. I am not at all impressed, I wastes $20 because this is going right in the garbage. It gave me terrible heartburn, Kraft should put a warning label on to warn buyers that this dressing doesn't taste the same anymore.

My daughter has been eating KD since she was 5 ! Her favorite comfort food ! Imagine her shock when she went to open her 12 pack that they usually sell ! 4 boxes all looking like this ! Mold, stuck shells , foul smell in box , some boxes only had a little bit of noodles in it ! Expiry on box is Feb 2022! We will also be contacting customer service directly ! Very skeptical if we would ever buy again.1 star is generous should be 0 very disappointed ! Would hope someone reaches out to us ASAP

Not like Kraft even reads their reviews but bring back the hug bears! Covid has now become an era and these bears would be incredible for familys and loved ones! Plus Kraft would bank on then right now big time!! Come on Kraft bring them back!!
