Bulk Barn

A bit of a frugal gem hidden away in mall that constantly tries to be upscale and pretentious. This is located in what I like to call "Penny Pincher's Corner" (Now if Dollarama would relocate here it would round out that concept nicely). If you're conscious about your sugar consumption, this will be the Bulk Barn location for you. They have the beginnings of a nice selection of drinks, candies and chocolate bars for the sugar conscious. Another location that I've been to doesn't have any such product so it's likely a credit to the person who orders for this location. The remaining product is fairly consistent with what you expect from a bulk food store and with the Bulk Barn brand.

This Bulk Barn is constantly clean and organized. The staff is constantly ensuring bins are closed and everything is well-stocked. The signage are always clearly indicated for deals and it's such a bargain if you need items in bulk (pending on price per weight/item). The staff are knowledgeable of where items are in each aisle as well. With the pandemic (stage 3) protocols, there's a clear entrance and exit as well which is useful. The floors are clearly indicated with arrows as well.

Shopping at Bulk Barn used to save a lot of money. Now it's almost like any other place. With that being said, it's a nice place with a huge collection.
