Dear consumers, let me share some bad experience with this unreliable and dishonest company. I bought three pure palm mattresses (two king size and one queen size) from them and experienced serious quality issues with them, including bulging, sag, and uneven surface etc. As these mattresses carries 20-year warranty, I reported the issues to them. To my surprise, they refused to be responsible for the quality problems! Even worse, they treated me with terrible attitude!! As I learnt more about the impact of the formaldehyde content on these mattresses, I also asked the company to provide a certificate or a report on the formaldehyde content of these mattress. They refused me at first and changed their answer later (as I persisted on this) and told me that they would need to ask the Chinese manufacturer for it. This clearly not honest answers. Without a huge stretch of imagination, one would think a large company that has been in business in Canada for more than 20 years should have all the necessary certificates at their fingertips! Dear consumers, please keep your eyes open and stay away from this company Howlee Furniture Inc! I will continue to defend my rights to the end for my consumer rights, and welcome everyone to contact me. I can provide you with photos of the mattresses in question.
