We went to see a couch in store first, and they confirmed that it could be delivered. We then ordered the couch online and sent them my delivery information (over a month in advance). Now they're telling me that they don't know when the couch will be delivered, and they'll let us know a day before the couch is coming in. My partner and I do not work from home and can not be available in a days notice, which is why we chose to deliver the item on a specific date. I am leaving this review until this issue is solved because I paid for a service that I did not receive, and communications in store and online are very different. *Update* After speaking with the company again, they resolved the issue, and the couch was delivered as promised. The delivery men were nice. However, they were sloppy with the delivery and got lost, so they were late, but they notified us ahead of time.
