        My experience was just flawless - Steve was exceptionally accommodating and delivered on the service and product - we were very happy and will continue to source our furniture from Midtown Furniture.

        To begin with, I have read some pretty good reviews about this place and decided to order a bedroom set from them. Went to the shop three times but the owner wasn't there. I've left a few notes with my cell number and emailed the owner twice. I've never get a call back. What a strange way of doing business...

        Worst customer service ever doesn't even begin to describe it. This store needs a new receptionist, preferably one that speaks English, knows how to answer a phone and isn't as rude/ abrasive as their current one.
