        I have had the horizon sectional sofa for about a year now. I was super happy with it, until I saw the drawbacks! 1. It starts piling 3 months into using it. And no, we dont have any pets, were non smokers, and we have no kids. 2. The zipper started stretching and soon the zip broke. 3. Upon contacting customer service I was told it was out of warranty period and I said Im aware and I am asking for your guidance - can I buy a replacement sofa cover piece? Can I send it in for replies for a charge, anything? They were of NO HELP! Now Im stuck with a part of the sofa thats terribly embarrassing when we have guests.
