Furniture is great quality. The customer service is horrible. Staff should not be making false promises against company policy and misleading customers. The manager was avaliable when we made the initial purchase. After an issue, the manager hasn't been around and not avaliable for contact. Our only option is customer service on their website, which has been useless.

This store has a huge selection of sofas and chairs. Sales people do pounce at you at the door and follow you around a bit. Nothing out of the ordinary for a furniture store as they all seem to all do that. I like to look around the first ten minute before talking about what I'm "looking for today". Other than that, it's a nice place and the staff are friendly. I just want a minute to think while I shop. Stay safe out there everyone.

I was basically asked if I'm making a purchase that day because it seemed like my interest and questions may have been wasting their time. Also please train your entire staff on the delivery process, it leaves your customer figuring it out and the Vaughan pick up centre guys picking up the pieces.
