They have always had great after sales service as well and treat me like a friend every time I visit. I ordered a L-sectional from them recently. Very happy with the service and quality. The sales person Cary was really helpful in listening to our requirements and suggesting something that fits it unlike other furniture stores who were very keen to sell us their specials and some even going to the point of convincing to change our requirement. Cary spent about 2-3 hours in between 3 visits until we finalized our requirement without rushing us through it. So If you are looking for custom size and color sofa with firm seat cushions on your sofa at a reasonable price, definitely check them out. Not many furniture stores have this option of firm seating and who can customize the sofa for you at a reasonable price. They do. Highly recommend.

Purchased a sectional from Sterling House. The process started of okay but sadly turned into a mess. Not only did they give me a 5 month window that turned into 9 months but when they delivered the furniture the truck had a leak and left a huge oil stain on the driveway. I called the location and spoke to Christine who asked for pictures to send to the head office. I messaged 3 additional times over 4 month span for a response as I was not getting any hence this review. We noticed this the next morning as they came late and it was dark. Told them no one parks at the bottom plus the truck was angled where the front was on my driveway in that very spot. I am sure a few customers as well as their loading dock will have these oil stains. I am also sure their insurance will cover it but to ignore my messages after damaging my property is unacceptable after spending $6000. Would not recommend purchasing from them if they cannot take responsibility. I patiently waited when it turned from 5 months to 9 but damage was too much to accept

We have been shopping at Sterling for years. Quality for sure for a reasonable price. We have furnished almost every room in the house and the durability of everything has stood up to their promises. All this along with knowledge and friendly service, I definitely recommend Sterling.
