We use to buy from them for four years we just bought glass coffee table when we went to pick the table after coming home we open the box to assemble we saw that the glass had a small crack we went back and the owner said he will replace it, after a week we went to pick the table the owner was not there. I saw these same crack I told the guy who use to work there he told me they can't do anything I told that person that I will write a review on Google he said "we don't care" I called the owner and complained, the owner told me take money back.We went four times and could not get the table.

We bought a couch here and had it delivered. It would not fit down the stairs into the basement. We took mesurements and thought it would. Bill of sale stated no returns or refunds if no fit due to customer measurements. Spoke with owner who said he would do what he can and he did. Paid standard re stocking fee but was able to choose another couch and had it delivered for no fee and other one was picked up.He did forget to throw the 2 pillows in. Dealt with owner 3 times and he was always fair and honest. His delivery truck driver also solid dude.
