Zara attended to my message and phone call immediately. She was very accommodating and willing to even send me videos so I would not need to make the trip down to the store. The prices and customer service is amazing! For all your furniture needs, check out HCD Mississauga!

a shop has very bad service and is very unprofessional , our family bought 2 chairs for the dining room , the staff said we pay cash , no tax and no receipt , we take it home to use After 3 weeks, when I broke down, I took it to the shop to repair or change another one for me, disagree because they said there was no invoice, then they were not responsible, I said the staff said cash payment, no invoice. hhahhahahha , what a great way to evade taxes and also a way to avoid responsibility , the manager said I can sue them , what an unacceptable way to do business , I advise you to stay away from this shop should buy at branded stores and always remember to take the receipt . False advertising. They boost the prices dramatically before they put anything on sale for the Black Friday Super Sale. I find that by doing that 1. your defeating the purpose of the event and 2. acting in bad faith to your customers. Very poor customer service as well.
