I had a great experience with MFKTO. Before I ordered a new bed online, I had a bunch of questions and reached out over email - response was quick and helpful. I paid for white glove delivery which included the guys putting it together - they were friendly and professional and worth every penny. I was nervous to buy the bed before seeing it first but it's beautiful and one of my favorite new pieces of furniture.

I bought the tomo coffee table and although it took a bit longer than expected to arrive, I love my purchase. It was worth the wait. I probably emailed customer service every month about my table and they always responded to me right away. They sent me a little gift basket when my table arrived with a hand written note. Very thoughtful and overall very pleased.

MFKTO answered all of our questions in a prompt manner and made the shopping experience very easy. A dining table we ordered had some imperfections (through no fault of MFKTO) and it was extremely easy to get it exchanged. They even reached out after the exchange to make sure the piece was right and we were happy. They went above and beyond! -AV
